Where I will be be for the next two weeks.Imagine me on the sofa, with a book by my side, a tray of nibbles, a large G&T and my beloved friend in the armchair, talking talking till it's time to come home.
I've only just caught up with your last couple of posts. I hope you get the balance right in terms of "real life" and being "on here" - and if there's anything I can do to help in any way...
I would miss your blog, I still read even if I comment less these days.
But - as I've posted elsewhere - here's to some well-deserved rest and relaxation. Enjoy! xx
As a very new follower I have not commented on your previous posts. I just do not know you well enough yet for it to be right to make any comment. However I agree it is important to get the balance in your life right. I am sure some chill out time on that beautiful porch will help you get life back in perspective. Meanwhile I look forward to a continuing virtual friendship via Beautiful World. Take Care xx
Bliss, what more could a gal want♥ Time to relax and recharge your soul. It sounds like the perfect place to do that and you have a perfect beloved friend to share and pass away the hours with. Sending love and special thoughts Linda xxx
That sounds fabulous...there is nothing better than spending time with a good friend and putting the world to rights (especially if G&T's are involved!)
Have a great time Mandy,it sounds wonderful and PLEASE tell us about it when you get back. You must return to blogging. Your thoughts are both insightful and appreciated. xxx
Let your spirit soar up and spread out its wings! Remember what life is all about, and that we are not made for worrying and fearing and sadness, but for joy and life-celebration! And after your return home you`ll adapt those shocking American ways of communicationg -talking to strangers, smiling and saying hello! You`ll have more new friends than you can imagine!
I hope you enjoy your time in Philadelphia, and achieve the balance you seek at your current home until you can sell up and make the move you desire.
That this blog is done is sad; even when I don't comment as often as I once did, I do enjoy reading and catching up.
Part of commenting less lies in the fact that I have less time. My life is spent looking for work in an economy that is stagnant. Sometimes it is even difficult to shore up my resolve and keep going but I suspect that life is like that for more and more of us these days.
I now have sixty-three followers and hear from only a handful. Nonetheless, they are a persistent lot, and I've enjoyed getting to know them, as I have gotten to know you via this blog.
